Tettnanger is Twisted Bine Hops latest addition. We have over two acres of this mild hop. It is considered mild because it has a low bitterness characteristic. Its spicy aroma with a touch of floral, makes it versatile.
Brewers love Chinook hops, from mainstream brewers to the craft industry. It has some spicy and earthen qualities, but it can be bitter in large quantities. This was the first variety planted in the Twisted Bine Hop Yard and continues to produce well year after year.
Crystal is a small but mighty hop. Although its medium sized cones are not as large as the Chinook, it has more than enough to make up the difference.
